Our Cellar Classic Winery Series Californian Cabernet Sauvignon is
a distinctive, full bodied wine with deep garnet colour and appealing
aroma of plump blackberries, sweet vanilla and fresh violets.
The juice is specially fermented on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes skins
that we have imported from the vineyard. This produces a wine that
graces the palate with rich tannins and pepper spice along with notes
of fresh berries
